The Metrology Laboratory<\/span><\/h2>\n

We have built a metrology laboratory to offer our customers precision measurement services.
\nThe possibility to measure the physical-geometrical characteristics of an artefact allows to evaluate its conformity to the design specifications.
Testing a prototype before putting into production or shipping to the customer improves the quality control<\/strong> process and reduces time and cost considerably.
\nCoordinate measuring machines (CMM) are also very useful for reverse engineering<\/strong>, i.e. duplication of artifacts when original designs are not available.
\nThe laboratory is based on a Crysta-Apex S 574 Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machine <\/strong>, with the following features:
\nRange:<\/strong> 500 x 700 x 400 mm
\nLoading Weight:<\/strong> 180 kg
\nLoading Height:<\/strong> 545 mm
\nMass: <\/strong>625 kg<\/p>\n
