Tolerance up to 5 microns
The relationship between the product manufactured and the customers’ expectations in terms of tolerance as indicated on the drawings is performed during both during the production process and at the end by a careful measurement of the parts by the operator. The operator uses high precision analogic and digital measuring tools. The company is capable of achieving very low tolerance rates, around 5 microns. Omefa is capable of complying with very low tolerances, within 5 microns.
Quality certified since 2013
Every part of each process which results in the manufacture of the commisioned parts is certified and can be checked by the customers in line with the overall vision of traceability of both materials and processes In order to obtain excellence in the manufacturing process of each part and in optimizing the control of the whole production system, the company has implemented a quality control procedure in each of the company sectors In 2013 Omefa obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certification and it continues, each year, to invest in this system to obtain increasingly better results. We have recently obtained the new ISO 9001:2015 certification.
